ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!

Studies show that sleep deprivation is a serious problem in North America.Whether the cause is too long working hours,clinically not being able to sleep,t.v addictions,stress,depression,to much caffeine or a busy schedule its a major problem.The whole I'll sleep when I'm dead idea could make us exactly that dead allot sooner, this could be prevented if only we simply sleep well we are alive.Try not having caffeine past 8:00 am or schedule in eight hours of sleep instead of the occasional power nap and 4 hours of sleep.Also avoid alcohol and late night meals.Being more active and evening considering taking supplements can help you to get your beauty sleep.This information is from The Globe and Mail if you want more there is more information on their website.
